About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Sales Compensation team and help evolve our end-to-end commission operations. You will support the strategy, governance, and execution of incentive programs across Sales, playing a key role in ensuring payouts are accurate, timely, and compliant. This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role where you will strengthen automation, reinforce controls, simplify plan administration, and improve transparency as we continue to scale.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Sales Compensation or Incentive Operations within high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with compensation systems such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar, along with strong analytical capability in Excel or Google Sheets
  • A solid understanding of sales plan design principles and how incentives influence behavior and performance
  • A track record of building or improving scalable compensation processes with strong governance and controls in a global environment
  • A clear communicator and collaborative partner who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving organization

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end commission cycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payouts while building trust across the sales organization
  • Partner with Sales to operationalize compensation plans and SPIFF programs aligned to commercial priorities
  • Enhance and optimize compensation systems, tooling, and processes to improve scalability, automation, and simplicity
  • Strengthen governance through clear documentation and controls aligned with audit and compliance requirements
  • Analyze compensation and performance data to generate insights and continuously improve incentive effectiveness
