About The Position
Commvault is seeking a results-driven, high-impact Velocity Americas Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales organization across North America. This is a second-line leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the entire Velocity sales division, including new logo acquisition, customer expansion, and renewals. This leader will oversee a team of frontline managers and sellers focused on driving ARR through Commvault's SaaS solutions. Success in this role means delivering consistent growth, improving team performance, and cultivating a high-performance, execution-oriented culture. This role requires being on site in the office in Fort Lauderdale 4 days per week, WFH Fridays.
