About The Position

The S&OP & IBP Senior Manager at GlobalFoundries plays a pivotal role in the design and execution of the global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This leadership position is critical to the overall transformation of the Supply Chain and is expected to have high visibility within the organization. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the S&OP process across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with the consensus demand plan, supply commitments, and financial plans on a global scale. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive consensus among cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. In addition to owning the S&OP process, the Senior Manager will lead the monthly Executive S&OP meetings, where they will present scenario analyses, drive decisions, and ensure that actions are completed in a timely manner. They will act as a key liaison between the Supply Chain Planning team and the IBP transformation team, contributing to the SAP design and implementation program. The role also involves participating in strategic meetings to ensure that marketing and R&D efforts are synchronized with Supply Chain and Financial plans. The Senior Manager will support the Planning organization by conducting what-if scenario analyses and validating the outcomes to provide detailed insights on cost, service, and inventory trade-offs. They may also manage short-term projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to support the IBP process.
