Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Accounting Senior Manager, RFH Outsourcing to join their dynamic team. This role serves as the primary client lead, overseeing engagement delivery, team performance, and client relationships while supporting firm growth initiatives. The Senior Manager acts as the central point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service, effective team leadership, and timely execution of work. This role requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex client relationships independently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or related field
  • Prior experience reviewing tax returns and financial statements

Nice To Haves

  • CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
  • Consulting and team leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead client contact, ensuring exceptional service and work quality
  • Manage and review financial statements, consulting engagements, and firm projects
  • Oversee client budgets, profitability, billing, and timelines
  • Lead, train, and develop manager and associates
  • Manage workload planning and resource allocation across clients
  • Support partner business development goals and firm growth initiatives
  • Participate in firm initiatives, thought leadership, and client-facing presentations
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and expanding existing relationships
