We're looking for an experienced Revenue Operations professional to join our revenue team as a strategic partner reporting directly to our VP, Revenue Operations. This role will be responsible for managing our sales tech stack, optimizing workflows, developing sales and SDR programs, and ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting and insights. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to enable scalable growth and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a solid understanding of LeanData's org structure, business processes, and culture and will build relationships with key groups. This strategic long-term thinker will have the analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify recommendations / solutions.
