We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to optimize our entire revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for architecting scalable processes, driving data integrity, and implementing automation solutions that support our ambitious growth targets while managing our 7,000+ customer base. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to drive efficiency and revenue growth across all customer touch points. As a senior-level individual contributor, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Revenue Officer, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate strategic initiatives into operational excellence.

  • Own the management of our revenue technology stack including HubSpot, Churnzero, Intercom, and sales tools.
  • Execute system integrations and data flow optimization between platforms.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies to enhance revenue team productivity.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all revenue systems.
  • Optimize existing end-to-end revenue processes from marketing qualified lead to customer expansion using automated workflows.
  • Create scalable processes that support rapid team growth and international expansion.
  • Develop process documentation, training materials, and change management protocols.
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of AI solutions across revenue functions.
  • Execute initiatives to leverage AI for predictive analytics, customer scoring, and process automation.
  • Support data preparation and model training for AI implementations.
  • Stay current on revenue operations trends and emerging technologies.
  • Own end-to-end operations for webinars and digital events including strategy, setup, execution, and analytics.
  • Manage organic and paid social media presence across various platforms.
  • Design and execute comprehensive customer survey and feedback programs.
  • Analyze survey results and customer feedback to identify emerging themes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking campaign performance and customer feedback programs.
  • Own revenue forecasting accuracy and pipeline reporting across all segments.
  • Design and maintain executive dashboards tracking key revenue metrics.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related strategic operations roles.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS companies with complex sales cycles and post-sale growth.
  • Experience scaling operations through high-growth phases (50-200%+ annual growth).
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot (certifications preferred).
  • Strong experience with customer success platforms (Churnzero preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with support and communication tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms).
  • Proficiency in automation and workflow tools, familiarity with AI/ML applications.
  • Project management expertise with ability to lead complex, multi-department initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong change management and process improvement capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL) for data analysis and integration projects.
