About The Position

Sam's Club MAP is an ad tech startup inside one of the world's largest and most successful companies—Walmart. We're building a retail media and retail experience network, helping brands and advertisers engage Sam's Club members at the right moment, using data on millions of transactions. We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager of Revenue Operations to lead our Scaled Services, Enablement & Support team. This individual will drive operational excellence and partner closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Account Management, Media Activation, and Product—to scale and optimize media solutions for advertisers.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of digital, retail media, and shopper marketing ecosystems.
  • Strong financial and business acumen—translating metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising and campaign measurement tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and a passion for operational rigor.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of omnichannel media plans aligned with client goals.
  • Enable sales and account teams with tools, training, and scalable processes to drive performance.
  • Champion operational improvements across activation and support functions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across MAP and Walmart (Sales, Account Management, Media Activation, Product, etc.) to drive growth, consistency, and innovation.
