Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Revenue Growth Management to lead a team of analysts in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the Business Planning Process, presenting financial information to both internal (Swire Sales) and external (Customer) executives, and influencing key stakeholders to align with Swire's goals. Responsibilities include stewarding the annual planning process for assigned customers, collaborating with Channel Sales leadership on price package analytics, and partnering with cross-functional departments to enhance business processes and maximize revenue. You will also assist with forecasting and planning for all Channel customers, leading weekly calls with Account Executives to ensure forecasting accuracy, and developing plans to close any gaps.
