Senior Manager, Revenue Financial Planning & Analysis

ServiceTitan
122d$151,100 - $202,100

About The Position

Ready to be a Titan? We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and strategic finance leader to join our Revenue FP&A team. In this role, you won’t just forecast revenue—you’ll build and refine the story behind our growth. You’ll work closely with executives, navigate messy and evolving datasets, and lead continuous improvements in forecasting and decision-making processes to keep pace with our rapid scale. This is not a plug-and-play FP&A role. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working with imperfect data, knows how to extract signals from noise, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
  • Proven track record of influencing executives and driving company-wide initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities; ability to develop junior talent.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong bias for action, ownership, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate the SaaS subscription revenue forecast: Lead our monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, and annual planning processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.
  • Work closely with C-level and senior executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and GTM to influence strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement automation and AI solutions to forecasting, reporting tools, and analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex and incomplete data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored for leadership.
  • Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities.

Benefits

  • Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities.
  • Comprehensive onboarding program and leadership training.
  • Holistic health and wellness benefits including company-paid medical, dental, and vision.
  • 401k match and telehealth options.
  • Parental leave and support, fertility services reimbursement, and pet insurance.
  • Legal advisory services and financial planning tools.
