At Freshworks, we are seeking a Senior Manager for Revenue Enablement to join our LEAP (Learning Experience and Platform) team. The LEAP team are a specialized group of learning experience designers and enablement professionals that partners closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations to deliver scalable, high-impact learning programs. The team also manages Freshworks Content Management System (CMS), ensuring our customer-facing teams have timely access to the right resources, tools, and knowledge. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on identifying and closing knowledge and skill gaps across our revenue organization. You’ll lead a team of learning experience design professionals, analyze enablement data, uncover opportunities for improvement, and build engaging, competency-driven learning solutions aligned to our business goals. In addition, you’ll oversee the platforms and CMS team, ensuring effective governance, maintenance and digital adoption of our enablement resources. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess needs, define learning strategies, and deliver programs that drive measurable performance outcomes.
