The Senior Manager, Retention Marketing Analytics will be a key leader focused on leveraging data to drive customer loyalty and increase lifetime value (LTV) through the optimization of our retention marketing channels. This role, reporting to VP, CRM & Marketing Technology, is responsible for ensuring the health and effectiveness of our customer files and campaigns across email, SMS, Push, and Direct Mail. The ideal candidate is an expert in channel-specific analytics, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that enhance campaign performance and improve customer engagement. You will be the primary owner of the analytics roadmap for all retention initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. This position is fully remote.
