As a member of the Tory Burch Marketing & Digital team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail marketing strategies that drive our brand's growth and customer engagement. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about retail marketing and thrive in a collaborative environment. You will work cross-functionally with various channel teams to develop compelling strategies that center around our products, customers, and the marketplace. Your keen interest in fashion, trends, and the influence of social media will be instrumental in gathering insights that inform tactics aimed at driving traffic and conversion to our boutiques. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging activations within our boutiques that bring our campaigns to life, thereby enhancing the customer experience. You will implement new strategies to evolve the store experience and create creative briefs to ensure that we have the necessary assets to support these initiatives. Your strategic oversight will extend to all retail-focused events, where you will collaborate closely with our Global Events team to ideate, concept, and execute plans that align with our commercial business needs and brand elevation goals. Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and regional partners will be key to your success, as you will share annual, seasonal, and ad hoc plans with senior leadership, including the Head of Retail, Creative Director, and SVP Marketing. This role is tailor-made for someone who is resourceful, collaborative, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
