The Senior Manager, Reporting will play a key role in supporting the delivering the strategy, development, and execution of data visualization and business intelligence (BI) initiatives. This individual will be responsible for translating complex data into consumable, actionable insights and bridging the gap between technical and business perspectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, with a proven ability to quickly understand complex business processes and create effective, easy to understand visualizations to enable data-driven decision making. A typical Day in this role looks like: Visualization and Reporting: Design, develop and implement advanced dashboards, visualizations and reports to produce a suite of metrics and analytics to communicate data insights effectively Build and continuously improve business analytics that provide prospective and retrospective measurements of cost, productivity, efficiency, quality, and compliance to facilitate timely and informed decision making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Support the optimization of platforms/tools for performance, scalability and usability Support the development and execution of best practices for working with Data Governance team to ensure visualization are accurately reflected in enterprise catalog tools Monitor and refine visualizations to ensure relevance and accuracy in decision making processes Continually review industry trends in visualization platforms, techniques and methodologies to drive innovation and deliver scalable/impactful solutions Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all visualization outputs Cross-Functional Collaboration: Continual communication to stakeholders around delivery schedules Use best practices for data visualization, reporting and analytics workflows, including development of and continual refinement of ways of working with Development Analytics team to ensure business needs are clearly identified / understood and solutions are delivered in timely fashion and meet/exceed needs AI Integration and Use Case Development: Support identified opportunities to integrate AI into Business Intelligence tools to enhance decision-making capabilities. Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, where necessary, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables. Clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms and vice versa to ensure mutual understanding. This role may be for you if you have: Proficiency in Tableau and other business intelligence platforms such as Qlik, Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand and interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills to translate technical insights into business value. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with AI/ML integration in BI platforms Knowledge of other Business Intelligence tools and platforms. Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices. In order to be considered qualified for this role, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field. Or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
