About The Position

The Senior Manager, Recruiting will lead a high-performing recruiting team, driving full-cycle recruitment and executive search strategies across the organization. This role focuses on delivering a consistent, candidate-centric hiring experience while ensuring business leaders are supported with top-tier talent. You will oversee the development of recruiters through coaching and performance management, manage executive-level searches, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. This position requires balancing operational execution with strategic initiatives, fostering continuous improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, leaders, and external partners. Success in this role demands leadership, recruitment expertise, and the ability to scale processes in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership of recruiter teams
  • 5+ years of experience leading executive-level searches for VP+ roles
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and close senior and executive talent
  • Strong coaching, leadership, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel management, and hiring best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multi-state or multi-entity organizations and managing relationships with executive search firms is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the recruiting team, providing coaching, performance management, and skill development
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting delivery across all roles, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to processes
  • Serve as the enterprise lead for executive-level searches (VP+, senior leadership), including sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers on role definition, interview structure, and talent strategy
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, funnel health, and team performance, taking action to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with TA Operations, sourcing teams, and People Services to optimize workflows and candidate-to-employee transitions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruiting practices, tools, and hiring processes
