What You'll Do

  • Lead SAP S4 security transformation and implementation across Walmart, including global markets.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex SAP security and GRC access control issues.
  • Coordinate segregation of duties and GRC rule sets with the Global Governance team to minimize risk.
  • Validate system and application access to ensure alignment with job responsibilities and policies.
  • Oversee periodic access reviews and remediate inappropriate or outdated access.
  • Maintain documentation for access rules, role-based models, and security standards.
  • Support compliance efforts (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, internal audits).
  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Provide direction on global capabilities and consult on local functionality.
  • Support long-range planning, project timelines, and change management strategies, proactively mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop service level agreements, scorecards, and reporting.
  • Track action items, risks, and resolutions, holding teams accountable for deliverables.
  • Capture lessons learned and develop best practices for successful deployment.
  • Understand program functionality to anticipate downstream and upstream impacts.
  • Expertise in SAP S4 security project lifecycles and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.

  • Effective communicator, able to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues before they impact schedules, budgets, or quality.
