About The Position

The Senior Manager, Real Estate - Store Assessment will lead and oversee real estate projects with a primary focus on store assessment and development. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, or architecture. This leader will leverage exceptional project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market to drive successful outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is essential to ensure that all aspects of store assessment and development align with organizational goals and standards. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing real estate projects, especially in store assessment and development.
  • Strong ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Background in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, or architecture.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and property development processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience in budget development and cost management.
  • Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
  • Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects.
  • Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
  • Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
  • Develops and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
