About The Position
The Senior Manager, Real Estate Management will oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties within American Tower's U.S. Tower division. This role focuses on maximizing and protecting the value of the real estate portfolio, managing relationships with property owners, and ensuring smooth operations across approximately 8,000 leased properties. The Senior Manager will serve as the primary escalation point for property managers and will provide both tactical and strategic direction on property-related issues and transactions.
