About The Position

The Senior Manager, RCM Partner Success will be charged with leading a team focused on supporting health system partners within their revenue cycle management (RCM) queues. This leader will develop strategies to analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal access teams to implement corrective actions. The role is critical in driving partner RCM success, reducing denials and write-offs, and increasing overall value for our health system partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams and driving measurable RCM improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, denial management, or partner success in healthcare.
  • Experience with Epic or other EHR and revenue cycle systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for partner RCM success.
  • Set clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards for the team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily activities in health system RCM queues to ensure timely and accurate follow-up on denials and other revenue cycle issues.
  • Ensure consistent application of processes and strategies across all partners.
  • Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and results.
  • Support internal teams in resolving issues that impact the patient financial experience.
  • Ensure partner RCM operations support timely and accurate billing, minimizing patient disruption or confusion.
  • Analyze denial trends, identify root causes, and design corrective actions in partnership with internal access teams.
  • Establish standardized processes and best practices to reduce future denials and write-offs.
  • Ensure all activities comply with payer requirements, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Partner closely with health system stakeholders and internal teams to drive RCM performance improvements.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on denial trends, corrective actions, write-offs, and partner RCM performance.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to health system partners to identify opportunities for RCM improvements.
  • Develop long-term strategies to optimize partner RCM success and strengthen relationships.
  • Anticipate and address systemic issues that impact denial rates and revenue capture.
  • Drive initiatives that increase partner value by improving efficiency, reducing write-offs, and enhancing overall RCM performance.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
