Position Overview The Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement Organizational Learning, reporting to the Senior Director RBS Learning & Enablement, is a key leadership role responsible for designing, deploying, and continuously improving enterprise-wide learning and enablement programs that accelerate the maturity of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). This leader will drive the modernization of our learning ecosystem, champion the adoption of CI principles, and ensure alignment with business strategy and leadership competencies. The Senior Manager partners closely with RBS leaders, HR, and functional executives to deliver measurable business impact through learning and continuous improvement initiatives.
