The Chief Technology Officer Organization's vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and standards across Technology. It also seeks to cultivate and foster technical innovation, as well as elevate and amplify the technical heartbeat of the organization. This position reports will act as a strategic partner and advisor in terms of technology, innovation, intellectual property, know-how, organizational technical core competency, R&D strategy, product commercialization, program execution as well as being a key member of the CTO leadership team. This role works closely with strategic product, technology and venture partners to define the needs being addressed in each R&D program and deliver the concepts, capabilities, designs, and plans to meet these needs. This role will also ensure that R&D projects are delivered on time, in budget and that the products meet specifications.
