About The Position
We are seeking experienced, rigorous, and innovative Senior Manager to head Regeneron’s Automation Core R&D team, consisting of Automation Engineers and Automation Operation Scientists supporting all therapeutic areas and core technology groups at Regeneron. You will play an important role in furthering Regeneron’s ability to advance our understanding of novel targets and biological pathways from discovery to pre-clinical development by automating lab processes to gain efficiency, throughput and cost effectiveness. You will lead and motivate the automation core team by leveraging their extensive expertise in lab automation, contribute to innovative solutions building new integrated systems, and core services. You will also establish a strategic vision, propose innovative approaches, and rigorously assess new technologies, data, and projects. You would also participate in Regeneron’s broader scientific community, participating actively in cross-functional meetings and representing Regeneron’s Automation Core vision to Senior Leadership.
