Role and Responsibilities Position Summary Oversee end-to-end quality control processes, from manufacturing to final packaging and shipment within the United States Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance (QA) management framework tailored for mobile products (smartphones, tablets, wearables) in the U.S. market Drive the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to incoming quality at wireless carriers Conduct in-depth analyses of quality issues, with a specific focus on product and packaging quality Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet stringent carrier quality standards before shipment Collaborate closely with headquarters (HQ) and global manufacturing/operations teams to align quality standards and practices
