About The Position

The Senior Manager - Quality at Infosys McCamish is responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with established processes, and implementing change management programs. This role involves performing risk audits, deploying delivery risk management processes, and benchmarking client delivery frameworks to support client operations management. The objective is to ensure stability in process performance and achieve continual process improvement within the organization's norms and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 9 years of relevant work experience in quality management and process improvement.

Nice To Haves

• Implementation knowledge of Quality management system models (ISO 9001, COPC, etc.) is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation support for process improvement and issue resolution.
• Drive and deploy structured process improvements (SIX SIGMA, Lean, etc.) and train personnel on process improvement system models.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects, collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes for process gaps and provide solutions.
• Conduct verification audits to identify compliance gaps and define corrective action plans.
• Address process issues during change implementation and conduct audits to ensure sustainability of changes.
• Identify delivery risks through risk audits and guide delivery teams in de-risking processes.
• Deploy best practices to achieve benchmark performance and monitor improvement metrics.
• Work with process owners to drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints and improve satisfaction.
• Generate and publish quality performance reports and participate in customer quality reviews.
