About The Position

The Senior Manager, Quality will partner with the Vice President of Operations to lead a unified quality program across the sites. This hands-on leader will ensure quality systems, procedures, and metrics are consistent, effective, and aligned with company objectives, while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive QA/QC experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to lead quality programs across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in chemical and consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with e-QMS platforms (Qualio preferred).
• Effective leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites as needed.
• Hands-on leader aligned with company values and vision.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage a company-wide quality program in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead and support site QA/QC teams, aligning practices with organizational quality goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of the Qualio e-QMS platform.
• Develop and maintain standardized SOPs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Drive change management initiatives to secure organizational buy-in.
• Conduct site visits and audits to oversee, troubleshoot, and enhance QA/QC processes.
• Act as a visible champion for quality across all departments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality concerns quickly.
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
