About The Position
Collins Aerospace is hiring a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance in our Medley, FL location. This position owns the execution of Quality Assurance operational goals and plans and requires a proven leader who can build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and develop high-performing teams. The role leads the team responsible for Quality Assurance for the site, setting direction and aligning resources to ensure continuous quality improvement. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker and results-driven professional but also an empowering leader who can inspire, guide, and grow their team. They will provide cross-functional guidance and influence in the implementation of plans and procedures that drive achievement of Quality goals. This role is eligible for relocation.
