Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to laboratory staff in conducting experiments, troubleshooting equipment, and analyzing data.
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory technicians, scientists, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to design and execute experiments to support product development, process optimization, and quality control activities.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of experimental data.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for laboratory staff.
  • Manage laboratory inventory, including chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
