About The Position

Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesResponsibilities:1. Ownership of model platform, leading team of 4~8 team members of different commodity expertise , 2.Daily work Management- Daily claim monitoring , Understanding deviation from current trends, identifying variation and find the cause of it.3. Warranty failed part analysis center- Work with suppliers for timely analysis and disposal of failure parts4.Prepare MIS for various management reviews5.Dealer visits to capture the customer concerns6. Dealer visits to continually  improve teh diagnostic processes7.Supplier visit - Analysis of failure parts, idenifying areas of improvements for current products, front load the lessosns learnt for new product developement8.Liasoning with CoE ( centre of excellence)  within PVT to identify solution, prepare implementation plan with help from CoE 9.Warranty cost  planning 10. Vendor Recovery of failure parts as per the DSA ( Development and Supply Agreement)Key Deliverable1. RPT reduction ( repairs per thousand )2.% USV( Perentage Unscheduled service visit ) 3.Warranty recovery from suppliers4. Warranty parts returns to dealers if defect is not reproduced5.Front loading of lessons learnt with Product development team for new product development 6.Updation of DVPs based on field learnings7.Reliability growth Analysis for new productsPreferred IndustriesEducation Qualification DME/B.
