Reporting to the Director, Physical & Occupational Therapy, the Physical Therapy Senior Manager is responsible for identifying and responding to all operational service needs. The Physical Therapy Senior Manager will oversee and manage the Physical & Occupational Therapy Site Supervisors and work with the Ancillary Services Manager to oversee Centralized Scheduling for the Physical & Occupational Therapy department. The successful candidate will be responsible for site visits to therapy practices to enhance communication, facilitate issue resolution, improve and streamline processes, oversee all training and orientation and work with Site Supervisors on individual therapist metrics and quality as well as maximize schedule utilization and scheduling efficiency. The Physical Therapy Senior Manager must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks; to work effectively in both independent and team environments; to work at many levels within the DMG organization; to be organized with attention to detail and follow though; to have excellent computer skills; possess diplomacy and strong interpersonal skills; have an ability to problem solve, think creatively and possess a strong sense of urgency.
