What You’ll Do As a Senior Manager, P&C Claims, you’ll lead a team of managers while shaping the future of our claims organization through strong leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence. Your impact will include: Leading and developing a team of managers and supervisors, fostering growth, engagement, and succession readiness Overseeing claims administration, adjudication, compliance, litigation, and liability management across multiple business lines Partnering cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives, including new lines of business, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiencies Ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality claim handling aligned with regulatory guidelines Using data, audits, and trend analysis to improve outcomes, quality, and productivity Creating an inclusive, communicative, and well‑structured organization with clear performance standards and accountability Staying ahead of industry trends and thoughtfully integrating innovations that improve both customer and employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience including coaching and developing of employees.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing people leaders
  • Strong knowledge of P&C claims operations, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • P&C Adjuster license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
