  • 2 years' supervisory experience
  • 3 years' project management experience
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Expertise in project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Commitment to integrity, inclusion, and driving business results
  • Managing small or medium scale change initiatives
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
