CVS is looking for a Senior Manager, Project Program Manager position on the Rating Environment – System Enhancement team. This person will be responsible for supporting the business activities related to the development, implementation and ongoing management of project(s) working with the development team within large group underwriting rating systems. They will supply business requirements for the software systems, based on the development of projects by working with users and/or business stakeholders. Primary focus areas: recommendations for system functionality, specification documentation, performing system testing, providing individual user training as part of handling user requests and questions, and documentation responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience building and leveraging relationships
  • Successfully completes multiple tasks within project(s), tracks and is accountable for progress against timelines and key milestones.
  • 5+ years experience identifying gaps, recommends enhancements, and writes system specifications for new and/or existing rating system workflows based on broad view of the organization, with a primary focus on underwriting.
  • 1+ years experience using the ERNIE Rating System
