What you'll do... As the Senior Manager, Program Management, you will be responsible for improving processes, conducting gap analyses, and implementing best practices across Global Procurement. You will work with key stakeholders inside and outside of Global Procurement to understand business needs, and to design and implement effective sourcing, procurement and payable systems solutions while serving as point of contact for procurement applications and system design for the Global Procurement business. You will ensure awareness of strategic programs and initiatives, leadership support and user adoption. In this role, you will leverage a variety of program management skills to help managers and associates adopt new tools and to understand ways to improve their experience. By relentlessly focusing on the end user, you will develop new processes and explore new ways to deliver solutions that will keep associates engaged and excited about the work we’re doing. You will advise and support the business using the industry best practices to transform ways of working while partnering with business segments on the procurement business and processes. You will identify and implement solutions that can be leveraged and repeated in other areas that conduct and support procurement activity. This position is crucial in developing and implementing processes, standardizing best practices, and driving the execution of business plans and projects within the procurement team. You will identify customer and operational needs, communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers, measure progress, and support continuous learning.
