About The Position

Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating priorities, removing barriers to performance, providing resources, defining performance standards, measuring progress, adjusting plans as needed, creating contingency plans, and supporting continuous learning. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training talent, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, fostering a team‑based environment, setting performance expectations, conducting regular evaluations, recognizing achievements, coaching for improvement, and promoting a culture of belonging. Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training others, ensuring compliance, offering guidance, and supporting and modeling the Open Door Policy. Ensure business needs are met by evaluating the effectiveness of current programs and initiatives, consulting with stakeholders, gathering and applying suggestions for improved efficiency and cost‑effectiveness, and participating in community outreach efforts. Develop and lead multiple cross‑functional projects by identifying process and value gaps, benchmarking industry best practices, leveraging methodologies to inform data‑driven decisions, ensuring data accuracy, managing sustainable best-practice initiatives, and adapting approaches based on evolving business needs. Manage current and forecasted projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project plans; supporting project selection; ensuring alignment with program goals; forecasting and managing resources; monitoring milestones, budgets, and expenditures; tracking progress; communicating status to stakeholders; maintaining documentation; and serving as the primary contact for project requests. Influence change processes by making data‑driven recommendations, educating cross‑functional teams on new or enhanced business processes, and building strong relationships with senior leadership to ensure alignment between change initiatives and organizational needs. Drive informed decision‑making for large cross‑functional projects by identifying goals, success criteria, risks, assumptions, and known issues; developing risk‑mitigation strategies; resolving critical issues; developing communication frameworks; overseeing communication plans; and educating sponsors and executive leaders on project requirements. Enhance project workflow by mapping and tracking current processes, establishing and auditing consistent standards for deliverables, and ensuring adherence to standardized approval procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to lead complex, multi‑project portfolios and drive execution by removing obstacles, setting clear expectations, and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Deep understanding of company policies, ethics, and compliance standards, with the ability to train and guide others in their application.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and incorporate feedback to strengthen business outcomes.
  • Expertise in leading data‑driven, cross-functional projects, including process improvement, best-practice benchmarking, and change management.
  • Strong project and resource management capabilities, including scheduling, budgeting, milestone tracking, documentation management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Effective risk‑management and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and dependencies.
  • Commitment to operational excellence through standardized workflows, consistent practices, and rigorous quality control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area OR 6 years' experience in business, operations, analytics, or related area.
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 3 years’ project management experience.
