Drive informed decision‑making for large cross‑functional projects by identifying goals, success criteria, risks, assumptions, and known issues; developing risk‑mitigation strategies; resolving critical issues; developing communication frameworks; overseeing communication plans; and educating sponsors and executive leaders on project requirements. Enhance project workflow by mapping and tracking current processes, establishing and auditing consistent standards for deliverables, and ensuring adherence to standardized approval procedures.
