About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of deployment projects within the organization. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and risks to ensure successful project delivery. The Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align deployment activities with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in deployment processes.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in deployment methodologies and tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience, of which at least 2 leading a team

Responsibilities

Manage deployment schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth deployment processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues as they arise.
Continuously improve deployment processes and methodologies.
Monitor and report on deployment metrics and performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain deployment documentation and procedures.
Provide training and support to team members on deployment processes and tools.
