About The Position
The Senior Manager of Program Partnerships is responsible for coordinating the placement process across CHCI programs, ensuring quality placements for participants. This role involves managing partnerships with academic institutions and organizations to provide career resources and support for program participants and alumni. The Senior Manager will also supervise the Manager of Recruitment and Outreach, fostering collaboration and ensuring recruitment goals are met.
