Mercury is seeking an experienced Program Operations Senior Manager to lead a newly formed team that will serve as a critical link between Operations and the Profit & Loss (P&L) in the Displays line of business. This role is pivotal in driving process rigor into Engineering Assessment Criteria (EACs), proposals, and New Product Introductions (NPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for building this new organization into a high-performance team, ensuring that operations are effectively integrated into the Displays line of business from material procurement through to hardware delivery. The Program Operations Senior Manager will establish a robust framework for assessing operations content on EACs, which includes evaluating risks and opportunities. This position will also refine the basis of estimate process for proposal activities and act as a stakeholder for the business unit's make-buy-where board. Additionally, the manager will hold approval responsibility for the NPI gate process, ensuring that production-ready products are handed off to the factory at the appropriate point. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex operational challenges and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
