As a Senior Manager of Program Management in Capital One's Bank Tech Organization, you'll work on the Bank Modernization initiative driving innovation, optimizing operational efficiencies and fueling the bank's future as we reimagine our Consumer Bank through our new core banking platform. This role will manage the Bank Modernization Program's governance forums, agendas, action item tracking, program reporting and drive continuous process improvements across the Program Management Office.
