About The Position

Senior Manager, Program Manager Capital One is looking for a seasoned thought leader for the eData Discover Financial System (DFS) Integration Program team . We are looking for someone who is not only a talented leader, but who also is a strong strategic thinker and problem solver. As a Senior Manager on our eData Discover Integration team, you will partner with Enterprise Data, DFS teams, Lines of businesses and other divisions to drive the execution of Enterprise Data Integration work streams and other programming activities that impact all Capital One Divisions. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
At least 3 year of experience working with technical and product teams

Nice To Haves

Masters or MBA degree
10+ years of Project Management experience
2+ years of Data Management experience
3+ years of executive presentations and storytelling experience
5+ years of experience working with technical and product teams
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities

Establishing, maintaining and facilitating program standards, practices, and governance.
Ensuring proper documentation to mitigate risk and ensure on time delivery.
Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
Leveraging problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
