Position Summary... The Senior Manager, Program Management leads the execution of complex business initiatives by aligning priorities, removing obstacles, and driving performance improvements. Evaluate program performance using key metrics and feedback, adjusting plans to meet business objectives effectively. The Strategy and Programs team plays a key role in advancing Walmart US growth by fostering collaboration and clear communication across functions. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements
- Proven expertise in program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion.
- Strong leadership skills in supervising, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams within a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities to engage stakeholders and senior leaders effectively.
- Experience in process improvement, including gap analysis, implementation of best practices, and alignment with organizational strategy.
- Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend actionable solutions to enhance program outcomes.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards, company policies, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
