We design and deliver programs that optimize workforce planning and operational excellence across the U.S. business. In this role, you’ll be at the center of strategic execution—partnering with leaders across People, Product, Tech, and Operations to deliver initiatives that redefine how we serve associates.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder visibility.
• Expertise in program planning, governance, and risk management.
• Strong executive communication and influence skills in matrixed environments.
• Proficiency with program management tools (Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).
• Ability to connect delivery plans with change management and adoption strategies.
• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

• Managing a budget, profit and loss statement, or relate financial process
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field like (not limited to) project management, compliance, operations management, or related area
• Project Management Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of high impact programs and projects.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional routines for progress, accountability, and visibility.
• Craft executive-ready updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to manage dependencies and readiness.
