Support coordination of multiple projects across the Membership team, often balancing multiple projects, teams, and topics. Guide informed decision-making for large organization projects by collaborating with cross-teams and leadership to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the program. Identify potential risks of programs and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Prioritize and ensure resolution of critical issues. Oversee the creation of communication plans; and educate sponsors, partners, and leadership. Translate business strategy into a beautiful executive level powerpoint. You will help to ensure our Walmart+ strategies are aligned across the enterprise to put the member experience first and solve for our most loyal customers.
