About The Position

The Senior Manager, Program Management, leads the execution of multiple complex business initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams, managing risks, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role drives process improvements, and monitors program performance to achieve operational excellence. The position fosters associate development through coaching and mentoring while promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards. By collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders, the Senior Manager ensures informed decision-making and effective program delivery that supports business goals and enhances operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive program and project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Strong decision-making skills supported by data analysis, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills to engage stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements aligned with organizational strategy and operational goals.
• Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and development.
• 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple business initiatives by identifying needs and removing obstacles to ensure performance goals are met.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to enhance service and product capabilities and meet business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in program management process and strategy, recommending solutions or enhancements and overseeing implementation.
• Evaluate program performance using key metrics, and stakeholder feedback to recommend adjustments and optimize outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop associates through mentoring and training to build a collaborative team environment.
