About The Position

The position involves driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers that impact performance. The role includes managing initiatives and processes for MRO parts supply chain management to ensure effective and timely maintenance of assets supported by Facility Services. This includes ensuring parts supplier compliance with systems, contracts, and service level agreements, implementing strategies for inventory stocking, and executing technology enhancements to increase technician repair time efficiency. The position also supports cross-functional teams by utilizing data to inform asset condition and predict parts needed for specific scopes of work. Additionally, the role involves managing parts escalations, supplier relationship management, and leading a high-performing team while promoting company policies and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• 2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
