About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Program Management on the Marketing Operations team, you will relentlessly focus on driving strategic operational excellence for Marketing's objectives and key results across multiple priorities. You'll identify and help solve complex problems across interconnected workstreams, always striving for a simpler, more streamlined way of working together and shaping the future-state of the Walmart Marketing team. You'll also serve as a thought leader, challenging the status quo and influencing without authority to drive positive change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years of experience in marketing, project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years of experience in the above areas without a degree.
  • 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
  • Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to lead projects amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience managing budgets, profit and loss statements, or related financial processes.
  • Project Management certification.
  • 5 years of experience planning and executing Marketing and/or Brand Campaigns, including direct collaboration with Creative and Media agencies.
