Position Summary This role is for a Contractor Conversion who is a Sr. Manager- Product Transformation / Strategy Coach within the Aetna Product Transformation Technology Team. The transformation manager will be responsible for driving Product Oriented ways of working, assessing current and innovative technology products and creating improvement plans for the products as they transition to product ways of working. Creating standards, guidelines, and prototype tools to be used in collaboration of teams as they mature in Product orientation. They will collaborate with the Technology teams and business to understand product landscapes and opportunities for improvement. The Transformation Manager will be accountable for managing the team's backlog, preparing assessment sessions, conducting assessments, and educating and driving knowledge for change. Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing regular updates to keep program management informed of progress and any issues.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Transformation Change agent.
  • 7+ years of leading successful Product Transformation Experience.
  • 7+ years of experience with requirements gathering documentation, project, and backlog management skills. Plus, keen attention to detail; able to interpret complex requirements into actionable items.
  • 7+ years of experience prioritizing work and communicating in a manner that is clear, logical, consistent, and effective.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams, collaboration skills, and willingness to work across business units within a complex organization.

Nice To Haves

  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification
  • Healthcare business/insurance industry experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex changes.
  • Mindset of being results oriented with the ability to keep others on task to meet defined goals.
  • Superior critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to influence change and positive outcomes.
  • Understanding change management principles and product-oriented ways of working in an agile atmosphere.
