About The Position

We are seeking a senior ‑ level product leader to own and evolve a critical financial wellness portfolio supporting large ‑ scale, customer ‑ facing experiences. This role spans strategy through execution, requires strong influence across a complex organization, and operates in a highly collaborative environment. This is a high ‑ impact role with meaningful ownership, visibility, and complexity — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to move large, matrixed organizations forward. Experience That Sets You Apart Background in financial services, banking, fintech, or adjacent platforms. Experience building and scaling financial wellness or guidance ‑ oriented products at scale. Comfort engaging with external partners and stakeholders to shape, position, and advance product experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of eight  years related work experience, with at least three years innovation strategy and execution experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred.
Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew.
Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew.
Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
Oversees digital product management activities for multiple digital products, or one strategic product, with cross-divisional impact.
Influences and collaborates with cross-functional teams to create best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
Provides guidance and coaches digital product teams towards best practices and learnings.
Oversees digital product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
Facilitates strong business support through working with team members to promote a consistent approach to decisions/impacts and client propositions.
Drives connection across all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
Leads the planning, development and implementation of new products with cross-divisional impact.
Defines and analyzes markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
Influences and employs a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
