About the Team As a Product Manager on the Bank Data Team, you'll be joining a passionate team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to create the real time, intelligent, Bank of the future. To make this future a reality, you will be responsible for building and executing the strategy to modernize how we publish and consume data at Capital One. Creating this strategy will involve working across the Bank to understand where we are now and where we need to go. We have a long journey ahead and are excited to bring on inquisitive, strategic, thought leaders to make our data dreams a reality.   • Creating this strategy will involve working across the Bank to understand where we are now and where we need to go
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
