Our Card Site plays a critical role in our acquisition funnel and decisioning. The Card's Site Platform team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will define the strategy and deliver the capabilities to maintain the core site platform, deliver critical personalization investments across full customer journey, and lead the horizontal working team of acquisitions stakeholders contributing new experiences to the Site.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Nice To Haves

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Owning the Card Site platform - the front door for customers shopping and applying for C1 credit cards
• Defining the strategy to invest in our real time data infrastructure for deeper personalization
• Leading & defining the working model for front end teams at Capital One to deliver experiences through our Site Platform in a well-managed way
