Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management, marketing, engineering, sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on cardiovascular and/or endovascular products, is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated 30% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the downstream marketing efforts for the Peripheral Vascular portfolio across the Americas region.
  • Drive execution of go-to-market strategies, commercial excellence, and product lifecycle management in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop business plans, product lifecycle, market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage.
  • Communicate customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
  • Lead new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Market Access, and Global Marketing teams to ensure successful commercialization and sustained growth of the portfolio.
  • Own the strategic direction, performance, and lifecycle management of the Peripheral Vascular product portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing downstream product management team.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to drive market awareness, product adoption, and portfolio growth.
  • Oversee new product launches from planning through commercialization.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to Sales leadership, providing field training, messaging, and tools that strengthen customer engagement and sales execution.
  • Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies.
  • Partner with Global Upstream Marketing to influence pipeline decisions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Demand Planning, and Finance to drive forecast accuracy and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, market dynamics, and competitive trends.
