We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. We work end-to-end with our sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, marketing, and technology teams to provide a world-class, holistic digital experience, growing profitable results in a fun and rewarding work environment. The Senior Manager of Product Management is a pivotal role that drives the product roadmap and product development of a set of digital products. This individual will understand market dynamics and the competitive landscape to develop a long-term product vision that addresses customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
  • 3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Able to translate business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to create a product vision.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmaps for a set of products.
  • Lead the product planning process from grooming the backlog to prioritization to developing epics and user stories.
  • Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment.
  • Manage a team of product owners through ongoing coaching and development.
